Hi! Great article, thanks.
I’ve only had Vienna sausages 3 times, first 2 were not part of a ‘dish’ and I found the sausage had a consistency I found unpleasant, mushy like a ‘next step’ baby food. My 3rd experience was as an invite to dinner, where a one-pan rice & Vienna sausage dish that was most spectacular! I do not know what the hostess did to those sausages but they were firm & tasty. I’d try it again if I knew how to get a better texture from them…Any clue?
