Meet the Team
Shari Mason
Co-Founder & Senior Writer
Shari is a restaurateur, artist, and blogger. After spending more than 10 years in the restaurant industry, she has decided to go digital and share her expertise and experience online. Shari loves creating accessible recipes that anybody can make.
Jodi Pemberton
Co-Founder & Head Chef
I have been cooking in a kitchen since I was 8 years old. Growing up in a family of cooks and food lovers, I have memorized recipes by heart and went on to open my very own restaurant. I also built this website to share my cooking techniques and recipes with a wider audience. I cook every day, but if I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be pesto pasta with a piece of garlic bread.
Frankie Lopez
Writer
Frankie spent his early writing career drafting restaurant reviews and food blogs. His Mexican culture and upbringing molded his taste for spicy, flavorful, and vibrant food.
Andrea Ricci
Editor
Before joining Eat Pallet, Andrea worked as a food stylist and freelance recipe developer for different editorial magazines. She spends her weekends hosting dinners for family and friends, where she serves her delightful Lemon Meringue pie.
Jeff Ferguson
Photographer
As a food photographer, Jeff works closely with our resident chefs and culinary experts to create visually tempting images of your favorite food. He worked as a part-time prep cook for a NY style Italian pizzeria while taking photography classes.
Scott Knox
Web Developer
Scott started in print design before switching to the digital arena more than five years ago. When he’s not working, you’ll find him in the kitchen, whipping up a mean grilled cheese sandwich.
