Principal, Drew Eastman
Drew Eastman saw enough potential in our city’s downtown dining scene to make a bit of a departure from standard business practices. A Salt Lake native, Drew pulled up roots at 24 and moved to Las Vegas, where he purchased a struggling, 3rd-party logistics company. Short of just a couple years, his operation became one of the fastest growing in its sector, and Drew was able to expand to northern Nevada, southern California, and Utah. His work led to a successful company, and Drew returned to his native state, where he lives with his wife and four children. The current president of Eastman & Co., which focuses on private lending and venture capital opportunities, Drew is thrilled to be expanding his passion for creating and managing. His experience will undoubtedly lend an adaptable business sense and uncompromising integrity to Pallet.

Utahns once again, he’s brought his wife, four children, and shining business record to the Pallet table.
