We had a simple goal in mind: to create a unique dining experience, timeless in its culinary effort and magnetic atmosphere. Our motivation – the spark to move forward – sprang organically from life experience. Years of travel in all parts of the world, complete with dining ventures both good and bad, provoked a curiosity for cuisine in all its forms. We paired that inquisitiveness with a sincere appreciation of our growing city and the downtown food scene, a love for business creation and local economy, and – most importantly – the significance of a memorable night with friends, family and our city’s people.
All things told, we envisioned Pallet.
